Good communication can make or break a business and for this reason, it is vital for your team to be aware of how your platform will communicate with your clients. Clients do not have a Messenger Bot so all communication with them will be through email. Let's take a look at when your platform will send an email to your clients.

Shift Updates

Your platform will automatically send shift updates to your clients regarding the positions they have requested. You can even configure when these updates go out.

Your platform can notify your clients within 15 minutes of someone applying for a job. Notifications and auto-hiring can now be much more responsive and can go out instantly or daily based on when the job is set to be fulfilled.

By going to Configuration>Client Experience> Notifications, you have the ability to manage various notification options. Those options include:

  • No notifications

  • Notify immediately when a candidate is assigned to a shift

  • Notify client whenever a shift is filled. (A shift could have more than one position)

  • Notify client when an order is filled. (when all shifts have been assigned a candidate).

Hours Approval & Review Staff

After a shift has been worked, it is possible to configure your platform to send an email to your clients asking for them to approve your workforce's hours. After their hours have been approved, the platform can also send an email asking them to rate and review the staff assigned to their shifts. Clients are notified by default once a week so that they can rate and review the candidates that worked. If you want to change the schedule in which these notifications go out you can do so by going to Platform setup -> Client Experience -> scroll to Notifications sections. You will be able to change it from weekly, to day after the order is complete, which will send the notification the day after the order is completed. This is an option in Version 2 of the platform.

While there isn't much automated communication between your platform and your clients, any changes your clients make through their platform (dropping staff, adding positions, requesting a proposal) will all be communicated automatically by the platform to the appropriate admin/staff.

Happy staffing!
