Some of the notifications you as an admin would receive from the platform.

For your admin team, we hope that our platform serves as your own personal assistant to allow you to better focus on other aspects of your staffing company. Every admin on your platform can configure their own notification channels to best receive updates as it suites them. Some of the notifications your team will receive from the platform include:

  • When a new client signs up but hasn't posted a shift

  • When notifications for a shift are going live

  • When candidates haven't reconfirmed before a shift

  • When candidates haven't check-in for their shift

  • When a candidate drops a shift

This last point is when the platform truly shines. Rather than just communicating that a candidate has dropped, the platform will also look for a replacement and (depending on your platform's configuration) either directly assign and propose replacements to an admin. You don't have to worry about a thing!

We hope over time you will come to think more and more of the platform as an assistant, lightening your team's workload.
