Your Dashboard is the first page you'll see when you log into your platform. It's a great jumping-off point for managing your entire staffing operation. Let's take a look at what you can do from this page, from left to right.
Navigating Tabs
On the far left, you'll see various tabs, such as Dashboard, Mission, Orders/campaigns, etc....We'll be going over each of these in a separate article, but for now, the important thing to keep in mind is that through each of these tabs you will navigate through the various parts of your platform. Below these tabs, you will see a purple magnify glass. This is your direct line to Wolf's support team. First it can be good to search if there are any articles related to your question. If you can't find an article on the topic, you can use this to ask the Wolf team any questions you may have about the platform and its functionalities. We try to answer all questions as soon as possible.
New Request/ Request Staff
Moving right along, on the top left of the page, you'll see a button for "New Request." This is the primary way that admins input new shifts on behalf of clients. We'll be using this more during the on-boarding process, and here's a more in-depth article on how to input shits on behalf of a client. Below this button, you'll see some inspirational words from Wolf, and metrics on the number of clients and workers on your platform.
Searching/Staff on Duty
In the center column of the Dashboard, you'll first see a search button for finding staff. Below this are metrics based on the number of new hires vs the amount of the campaigns on your platform. And below this you will easily be able to see all the staff that will be working both that day and the next.
Live Missions
On the far right, you'll see the "Live Missions" section. Here you will see all the upcoming Missions on your platform. You'll be able to see the job type, client, date, and staff still needed. You'll notice next to the "need" section are two numbers. The number on the right is the number of staff requested and the number on the left is the number of staff still needed (this means that 0 is the ideal number here!)
You will also see a help icon at the top left. Clicking on this icon will seamlessly open Intercom, where you can access assistance as well as view recent changes announcements.
And there you have it! You'll be seeing a lot of this dashboard as you use your platform.
Happy Staffing!
