Here are few reasons you are unable to pay candidates:

Payout not configured on the platform: If this is the first time you are paying someone from your platform, make sure your Stripe payout is configured correctly. Here is an article on how to configure your platform to pay candidates.

Candidate did not connect their bank: It is possible that candidate might not have connected their bank. In which case instead of 'Pay' option you will see an option to 'Nudge Candidate' to connect their bank. This will send notification to candidate asking them to connect their bank.

Not enough balance in Stripe: Your Stripe account might not have enough balance available to pay out. 'Available' is the key term here. It is possible that you might have charged your client, but it can take few days to get those funds into your Stripe account. You can check if you have enough balance by clicking on 'Check Balance' option on the 'Payments' page. A second reason you have insufficient funds could be that your funds are automatically being paid out; try enabling manual payouts by going to https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts.

If everything above is configured correctly, please reach out and let Wolf know if the problem persists.

Thank you.
