The visibility functionality of a job order works as a marketing tool, determining if those outside the platform can see the job or not.

When a job order is created, you can manage the visibility of the order by choosing to make the order hidden from those outside the platform, for example one such implication is that it will not display in a search engine. Alternatively, you can leave the job visibility on default, meaning that it could be found by search engines and your candidates may also be prompted to share it to bring in more jobseekers, as well.

Whether a job order is set to hidden or default, this only affects visibility outside of the platform--remember that any authorized and interested candidate will be able to see a job order inside the platform. If you only want notified candidates to see the job, then we can throttle visibility on notifications.

Remember to click on the Submit button when creating an order for the first time or the Update button to save any changes you make when editing an order. We hope this will be useful to you when creating new job orders.
