Whether they be by phone or in-person, an interview can really tell you a lot more about a person than just their resume.

Note that you can also set up interviews for your clients. Be sure to create a group name for the interviews! Your clients will then have access to the names of any candidates scheduled for these interviews.
Now from the interview page, you'll see all of the slots have appeared (and you have the option to remove the interview slot if needed as well).
Inviting Candidates
Now that you've set up you're interview slots, you're ready to start inviting candidates to interviews. To do this you'll need to go to the worker's profile and invite them to the interview from there.
And there you have it! Your candidates will receive an email inviting them to select one of the interview slots and these candidates will begin showing up on the Schedule page of your platform.
Calendly Integration
Admins also have the option to integrate Calendly on the platform to assist in the flow of the interviewing process.
You can go in and embed a Calendly url for candidates to be able to book a date and time to be interviewed.
To enable this feature, It’s as easy as navigating to “Platform Setup” -> “Candidate experience” -> “Interview system” -> select Calendly and paste in the URL.
