First off, we strongly advise you not to do this. Instead of removing a candidate from the platform, you might want to just rate them lower, which will make it really difficult for the candidate to apply for jobs even if they'd like. You could also unauthorize them altogether.

Removing a candidate from the platform usually pushes the candidate to sign up with a different email or details.

If you still have to, here is how we remove the candidate from the platform. This is a non-reversible action. So use it carefully.

In order to remove a candidate from the platform, go into the worker's page and type 'delete' at the bottom (make sure to write in all lower-case and not have any spaces at the end) and click on the Delete button.

This will effectively lock the worker out of the platform and they will no longer receive notifications. It will not permanently delete them, but rather put them into limbo. You can still view their page and review their past work and payment history, but they will not appear anywhere else on the platform. The jobs they are assigned to, will still continue as if they are assigned, however they won't be able to login or have access as a candidate anymore.
