A candidate can update their information by navigating to Account Settings. Here they will find their Profile, Job type preferences, and any forms you (the Internal team) may have configured on the platform to be filled out when the candidate initially onboarded, as well as credentials the candidate may have provided or need to upload.
This information will reflect what was originally entered by the candidate when they first signed up, as well as your platform configurations.
For a candidate to locate account settings, they would click on the first icon that’s on the bottom right hand corner of the app, which is represented by three horizontal lines. They would then click on “View Profile and Preferences”, which would take them to their account settings. There’s the option to edit profile at the top right hand corner of the screen, if they’d like to update any profile information such as birthday, address, phone number etc or to delete their account.
