As the admin, you will be able to chat in real time with candidates via the app.

The message will pop up no matter where in the app they are, and the candidate can then navigate to their inbox to view the conversation and respond.

Should the candidate not be in the app our on the platform when you send them a message, they will receive a notification within 10-15 minutes.
