One way that you can entice a new client is to have a ready-made portfolio of candidates on your platform that would be an excellent fit for the client. With this you can quickly show them all the talent they will have access to if they choose to move forward with your staff. Here we'll go through on just how to make this portfolio directly from your platform, and you'll be ready to go out and start selling to clients!
Creating a Staffolio
First, from the dashboard, select the "Portfolios" page and "Create New Portfolio." From here you'll be able to input the necessary information regarding the client and after you click "Create Staffolio," it will be all set to start adding your staff to this portfolio.
Now you just need to add your staff to this portfolio:
Configuring a Staffolio
Once you've added your staff to the portfolio, you'll need to configure what information you want your clients to see about each of your candidates. This information can be configured through the "Configure" button. Be sure to mark the Staffolio as "active" you want to be able to share it!
Sharing a Staffolio
Once you've configured your staffolio, you are all set to share it with your clients! All you need to do is share the direct link from "View Live Staff Portfolio." From there your clients will be able to make notes or rate each of the staff members (depending on how you configured it).
