Your clients might want or need to update the credit card tied to their account, for example if the card is expired or lost, or they simply have a new card they are using for business purposes.
To enable this for your client, you go from your dashboard to Clients, select the client whose card needs to be updated and click on View to go to the client’s profile. Where it says Credit Card On File, it will also say Disable - you can click here to allow a client to update their credit card. A menu option will open where you can select Enable replacing.
When a client logs in to their profile, they can go to Payments/ Invoices from their dashboard and then click on the Add Credit Card button in the top right corner.
As the admin, you could also now replace the card on the clients behalf. Once you have clicked on Disable and selected Enable replacing, you can click on the Take Action button on the same page, and from the menu select Add credit card. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the credit card details on behalf of your client.
