Once an order has been filled, the platform will take up to 15 minutes to pause the outreach to search for candidates. If additional shifts are added to a job order, or a candidate drops out and the order therefore needs more applicants, then likewise the platform will resume the outreach for candidates approximately 15 minutes after the job order has been updated.
