When you have an active campaign it is important to keep track of your outreach status. You can pause the outreach if, for example, you feel enough candidates have been notified and you do not want new notifications to go out just yet.
There are also options to completely remove the outreach or reset it. These are functionalities that may be removed at any time, and are only enabled on demand.
If they are enabled and you go to the Outreach tab on a campaign, you will see several icons next to the Invite button. If you click on the third icon, it will open up a page where you can choose to Remove all or Reset all.
If you select Remove all, then all the candidates who have not had notifications delivered will be removed--candidates who have already received a notification will remain on this page.
To restart the outreach process, you select Reset all. Candidates who previously received notifications will still remain here, and the platform will search and add more candidates to the outreach.
Remember both these processes can take 5-10 minutes to update, however you can click on the Refresh button to expedite the change.
