To make sure that admins are receiving the notifications they need, you are probably curious how job owners and subscribers are assigned.
First, it is important to note that the subscriber feature is the same logic as what was previously called "Recruiter." The only thing that is different is the name and where you access it--the recruiter, as you may be used to in the "toolbox" icon and the subscriber you can see when editing and going to the budget and status tab.
The owner feature is the admin who will be the point of contact for the client. This could be randomly assigned if there is more than one admin assigned per territory (or no admins assigned for the territory)--however it can be updated. If a territory has only one admin assigned to it, then this will be assigned automatically.
So, just to be clear--anyone who was previously assigned as a "recruiter" for job orders will now be considered a subscriber. If you do not map admins to territories or if more than one admin is marked to a the territory for a particular job order, than a job owner will be randomly assigned--though it can be updated. If of all the subscribers, only one is assigned to the territory of the order, than they will be automatically assigned as the job owner.
