You can update the email address your client receives notifications at on their behalf by going to Clients in your dashboard, selecting the client by clicking on the View button and then clicking on the Edit icon.

In the section for Email Address, you can update with the new email address (and any other contact details that may have changed), and click on Submit to save.

On the client’s profile, however, you may still see the original email - that is because this is the email address that the client signed up with and uses to log in, it's also called the authentication email. However, if you go back into "edit," the new notification email will be saved there.

You can also see this notification email address if you go to Clients, and are reviewing the list of clients and accompanying information.

If you have to type the client’s name in the search box to access their profile, it will be the email alongside it.

Due to security updates, the platform requires the input of the client’s password to lock in changes made to certain information, such as their authentication (log in) email. In order to update it, the client himself would have to go to their account settings and update the old email address to the new one.
