On each candidate’s profile, there are two sections under the Rate, Review and Authorize button titled Good at and Needs improvement.
This feature is a helpful way for admins to track things that matter other than a candidate’s experience and qualifications--the non-work related qualities of the candidates. These could be time management, personal presentation, cross-cultural communication, and so on. Admins can create tags in these fields by simply typing the characteristic or skill.
The platform can start to learn from these tags, for example, seeing over time that a candidate who is good at time management may be preferred by a particular client.
Remember, only admins are able to add these tags, as clients do not have access to tags, and neither do candidates.
