Overview

We’ve introduced several improvements to the Orders page to make it easier to locate orders and quickly review key information without needing to open each one individually.

These updates are designed to improve visibility, navigation, and efficiency when managing orders on the platform.

Improved Search and Filtering

At the top of the Orders page, the filter now allows you to search across multiple order properties. This means that if you already know details about the order you’re looking for—such as a name, ID, or other associated information—you can locate it much more quickly.

Clearer Order Display

Each order is now displayed with all key properties fully visible on a single line, making the information easier to read and compare at a glance.

Additionally, orders are now color-coded by status, to make it easier to quickly distinguish by status at a glance.

Additional Order Details

The updated display also includes more useful information directly on the Orders page, including:

  • Order ID for quick reference

  • Percentage of shifts filled for each order

  • Aggregated statistics at the top of the page showing summary information for all orders currently displayed

These additions help provide a clearer overview of order activity and staffing progress.

Shifts View Option

In addition to the standard Orders view, there is also a Shifts view available on the page. This view displays individual shifts instead of entire orders, making it easier to review, manage, and track shifts across multiple orders from a single page.

This option is especially useful when you want to focus specifically on shift-level activity rather than order-level details.

Easier Navigation

On the right side of each order, you’ll now see dedicated action buttons that allow you to:

  • Open the order details

  • View a preview of the order

  • Go directly to edit the order

This makes it faster to navigate between reviewing and updating orders.
