WOLF currently integrates with one VMS aggregator, with additional ones planned in our product roadmap.
This integration allows you to import VMS orders into your platform, so that your candidates can get notified about the opportunities and request to work them.
Facilities, job types, competencies, and orders are synced between the platform and the VMS aggregator to avoid any duplication.
Rather than immediately activating these records, the integration imports the data as draft orders, giving your team full visibility and control to review and finalize information before publishing them.
Where to Find Imported Orders
Once the integration is live, your team can view the imported records directly in the Wolf platform:
Navigate to the New Order page
Click the VMS tab
From this view, users can review, edit, and complete the draft orders as needed before moving them into an active state.
Required Setup
To enable VMS order importing, the tenant must complete the following configuration steps:
1. Configure the VMS API Token
Obtain the API_TOKEN from the VMS aggregator.
Share API_TOKEN with the WOLF team to have it set up.
Automatic Data Sync
The WOLF team will handle the necessary mapping to prevent duplication. Once setup is complete, the platform will automatically begin syncing data from the VMS aggregator. As data is pulled from the external system, imported records will continuously appear as draft orders.
