The Concierge Feed is a powerful tool built into the platform to help admins identify early candidate intent and take quick, informed action. This feature is optional and needs to be turned on. Once enabled, you can find it by going to your Dashboard, clicking Reports, and selecting Concierge Feed—it’s the first report listed.
What the Concierge Feed Shows
The Concierge Feed highlights opportunities that candidates have searched for or viewed, even if they haven’t applied yet. This gives admins a behind-the-scenes look at what candidates are curious about before they take any action on the shift.
Note: The feed displays the last 100 records, giving teams a clear snapshot of the most recent activity and interest on the platform.
Why It’s Useful
This report is designed to help teams turn curiosity into conversions. By spotting interest early, admins can:
Reach out proactively to candidates who appear interested in certain roles or time slots.
Match candidates to opportunities that align with their skills.
Increase fill rates by nudging candidates who may just need a quick reminder or clarification before committing.
Identify trends in what kinds of shifts are getting the most attention.
How Admins Can Use It
Admins can open the Concierge Feed and review the list of shifts candidates have viewed or searched. From there, they can:
Contact candidates to offer more details or answer questions
Suggest similar shifts if the one they viewed is full or no longer available
Follow up with candidates who repeatedly view shifts but haven’t taken action
Spot areas where more staffing may be needed based on search volume
Driving Better Engagement
Ultimately, the Concierge Feed gives admins a chance to step in at the right moment — right when a candidate is considering a shift. By acting on these insights, teams can improve candidate engagement, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure opportunities are matched with the right people.
