How to Download Your WOLF Invoices

If you need to download your invoices from the WOLF platform, follow this simple guide. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before proceeding.

Step 1: Verify Your Access Rights

Only Admin users with the Platform Plan Right can access and download WOLF invoices. If you don’t have this right, ask your Platform Owner to grant you access.

How Platform Owners Can Assign Access:

  1. Go to Configuration → Team.

  2. Select the user needing access.

  3. Open the Rights tab.

  4. Assign the Platform Plan Right to enable invoice access.

Step 2: Locate and Download Your Invoice

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Navigate to the Configuration and then Platform Plan.

  3. Find and view the invoice you wish to download.

  4. Press Command + P (Mac) or Ctrl + P (Windows) to open the print dialog.

  5. Change the page orientation to LANDSCAPE for better formatting.

  6. Select Save as PDF and download your invoice.
